They pull up The Rabbit System on their smart phone, tablet or laptop, find the restaurant’s branded landing page, add that perfect package of 6, 8 or 12 raw frozen steaks to the shopping cart and pay with their credit card. In a matter of two to three days, they’ll have their order delivered directly to their home and the restaurant will have additional revenue stream (30% commission of the gross margin). In addition, customers can log on to therabbitsystem.com at any time, check out all the participating restaurants using therabbitsystem.com, and place their order for any of the items listed. The Rabbit System not only carries the same cuts of domestic meat (steak, chicken, fish, pork), but also supplies clientele with any game and exotic meats, as well as restaurant-branded items such as salad dressings, barbecue sauces, eatable flowers and truffles’. Frozen items are packed tightly with shredded paper and ice packs to ensure the items remain frozen upon delivery. Customers pay a straight $7 shipping fee. Training for the restaurant’s wait staff is also conducted by therabbitsystem.com, this will ensure that the wait staff and customers are comfortable and knowledgeable with the system and the restaurant will succeed in establishing their brand beyond the dining room.
