6th November 2016 as the sun rised over South Africa's Capital City, a new attraction greater the world.
A sculpture on a hilltop in Pretoria/Tshwane, Klapperkop overlooking the city. Quite a stirr it caused:
Who, why and when?
Now everybody made peace with this Sculpture that was placed on the hill without any permission.
To keep it on the hill we need to secure it permanently as the artist just planted it on a illegal building ruble dump. (This illegal practice is still a concern for nature conservation) As Klapperkop Hill is a proclaimed Nature Reserve.
We need to build a proper base/plint for the sculpture to make it secure for visitors and to ensure it's own safety.
Secondly we would like to recast it in bronze to ensure it's place in the afterlife. Currently it is just a sculpture created out of mild steel and over time it will erode.
Please help us in this endeavor. Once we have achieved our goal funds would be used to further beautify our city.
