My nan was suffering from pancreatic cancer. She underwent surgery for this back in august which we were told went very well. After a couple of monthes we found out that the cancer had actually spread to her liver And that it was terminal. She spent a lot of her time at home but it got to a point where she was too poorly and had to go into a specialist centre. This was The Pembridge Palliative Care Centre. They cared and looked after her, making sure she was as comfortable as possible In the weeks and days before her death.
I believe what they do is amazing and would love to be able to give a donation back to them, to say thank you and would love if I could get the support of everyone else.
Here is a link to an NHS site that explains a little more about them.
