THE ONE fights against COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed life of everyone in the world. It still has a direct impact on our health: physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Our scientists and medicine are doing their best to fight against this disease. However, mental and emotional factors are left behind the priorities list.

THE ONE community is built on people, on emotional and social well-being. COVID-19 has changed the way of sharing that well-being, but it has opened new possibilities of sharing it with more significant communities.

One of our primary goals is to build an app that will be reached by everyone who needs physical and emotional help.

We have created a ten steps program of recovery after COVID-19. The program is based on concentration on your breathing, physical and emotional health. It helps and guides you step by step to get back to the life we all used to have before the pandemic.

And here THE ONE asks for your help: to share the program with a broad audience, to reach as many people as possible, not only whom we know around but everyone who is touched by the pandemic.
