RENOVATION PROJECT OF NAZA BUSINESS CENTER.

• INTRODUCTION

NAZA BUSINESS CENTRER exists since 2008 and is located on Bourguiba Avenue, nearby Demba Diop Stadium in Dakar, Sénégal. It is a Benefit Services business which evolves above all, in the area of NICT.

This family project is funded by a Senegalese Christian couple, very dedicated.

This space was originally made of: one side reserved to customers for connection, and the other one for secretariat, photocopying and other services.

Since 2010, we are relocated in a bigger area and have added a store and a multipurpose room for computer training and special meetings.

NBC now operates everyday from 09:00 am to 07:45 pm, Monday through Saturday, and from 10:30 am to 04:00 pm, on Sundays and holidays since then.

It’s been now 11 years that we engaged in relieving our customers by offering them a line of products and services of high quality and specific to their own needs.

Our staff is reduced to 2 persons maximum. This team is fully dedicated to our customers because we place greater emphasis on courtesy and professionalism.

NAZA BUSINESS CENTER offers services such as:

• Internet Connection
• USB flash drives, computers and accessories
• Modular training on data processing, management computer (Initiation in date processing and internet, pack office 2004-2010, info graphics, computer maintenance, computer network, AutoCAD…) open to the public. It is one of NAZA BUSINESS CENTER input to the students to develop their abilities in the professionalism’s field. Besides, professionals who would like to increase their skills will benefit from a special treatment according to their job schedule and specificity.
• Computer input for data processing
• A reliable photocopying service equipped with copy machines in black and white and colour with a short delivery time limit.
• In the field of marketing/communication, visibility, image, promotion… NAZA BUSINESS CENTER has a communication/screen-printing department for business cards, T-shirts printing, and other communication supports.
• A department for translation is also set up for different languages.

In the field of New Information and Communication Technologies, we offer an Internet Access of a higher performance (20 Mega Max) to our customers, which allow them to work comfortably with their partners in all over the world.

We carry a line of 19’’ flat top screen computers with LCD resolution, webcams, and headphone.

For all its services, NAZA BUSINESS CENTER has of a connection room, a training room and a photocopying room.

NAZA BUSINESS CENTER has been established upon our own funds that enabled the renovation and the equipment of the different departments. Since that time, we are operating thanks to the incomes of our services.

To be more efficient and compete successfully in the increasingly tough competition, we intend to:

• Renew our park of photocopying machines with more efficient equipments, in terms of speed and printing quality
• Reduce our outsourcing services
• Acquire a machine for stamps making
• Acquire a cutting machine for business cards
• Hire a qualified and devoted staff
