Campaign Story
We are a family in Koh Samui, Thailand that has been building our eco-home for the past 3years, unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our family has been living in a construction site full of dust and building material and no funding to continue...
THE BACK STORY:
"The eco-home is built with genius"
The two-story sustainable home started building back in summer 2017, the house is built with an earthbag and mud foundation which is great due to the climate in Thailand this keeps the house perfectly insulated! It is fully run on solar power giving the real feels of green living! below the house, a biodigester pit has also been created, which recycles human waste into stovetop cooking via methane gas!
P'Nid, The brains behind the project and mother of 2 is now calling out for help from the community, we are in need to finish this sustainable home so her kids can have a place to sleep, eat and live!
For this to start to happen we need to raise 150,000 THB ( which is the equivalent to $4,875 USD / $6000 CAD ) this money will be used to finish the walls, bathroom and kitchen!
