The Magnetic fan

Hi my name is Juan C Hernandez, I have the idea in drawings of creating a magnetic powered fan. The idea came after seeing a hospital in Africa in where no electricity was available and the patients were sweating a lot. It could also benefit hospitals in the US when power is down and some waiting time is needed until patients could be moved to another hospital. Im not completly sure about how fast the blades will go, but any breeze in a hot sunny day is welcomed. With your help this invention would be much appreciated all over the world.
