The Listening Ear Project

LEX TALK TOUR is a uniquely designed weekly tour that seeks to provide today's youth with the best platform to free their minds on worrying issues infront of licensed professional counselors, clinical social workers, family and marriage therapists, accredited psychologists and career guidance professionals. These experts are selected as part of the Lex talk tour team to help and guide the thoughts of today's youth.

Each season will comprise 13 tours within three months involving: 21 high schools, University campuses and three outdoor shows on other major tertiary campuses. Our key objective is to build Lextalktour as a brand synonymous with guidance, counselling and mentorship. Lextalktour is looking at encouraging the youth to share their problems with the experts and get needed help, which will eventually help them with their growth and career development, hence creating change in their own society.
We are working hand in hand with chiefs, community leaders, churches and the Educational Sector to help make our tours a success. Lextalktour will also donate COUNSELING CLINICS Named (THE LISTENING EAR). These are guidance and counseling centers for all visited schools and communities. These clinics will help create conducive atmosphere for the youth to interact with their guidance and counseling therapists. We will also do our best to renovate and furnish areas with such centres. All centers will are given dedicated volunteers with background knowledge in guidance and counselling to help, maintain and monitor growth.
Over the years career guidance and counseling in schools have not been effective and sometimes abandoned. These tools were supposed to help students in their career decision making and guide them into the open world of adulthood. Lextalktour therefore seeks to advocate for a rejuvenation of these services as they will also create jobs for new graduates in the fields of career guidance, counselling, health therapists and mentorship. Lex Entertainment Ltd has taken it upon ourselves to initiate the process and use Lextalktour as the wheels to achieve these objectives. However we cannot achieve these objectives that will benefit the youth of today to make a better Ghana without your help, hence this "gofund"me initiative.
