The Lighthouse of Hope (Hotel, Restaurant and Boats)

The lighthouse. So desolate, yet so calming. Been around for centuries. But the lighthouses like the dinosaur, are almost now extinct. Modern technology has made the need of lighthouses unnecessary. Most of the still existing lighthouses are closed and opened only on special days for a visit.

I want to reach my dream, and build a piece of history, so it is here to stay forever. I want to build an old stone lighthouse, which will be a real lighthouse, with lamps, and it will be a restaurant where introverts will make the best memories of their lives. Introverts like me need quiet place where they can rest and enjoy life. We introverts are boring people who enjoy nature and cherish the little things in life.

Near the lighthouse, I want to build houses, where people can stay like in a hotel, with all the comforts of the 19-20 century (very old school but still modern).

I want to build the lighthouse mainly for introverts, for young and old couples, so they can make the best memories of their lives. But I also want to build that piece of history, because it is dying, and many people forgot about it, and can't visit it. And last but not least, I want to give people with Cancer, AIDS, and other bad illnesses the best memories in their life, give them hope to live, and make them really happy. Food and stay will be free for them and their families.

I have an incredible Architect on stand-by, ready to go full on this project. The location will be along the Black Sea, so all the sea waves and ships could be seen from the restaurant and houses. Land near the sea is expensive, and construction materials and techniques will have to be "different" than regular construction. If more money are raised, I will install docks and boat travel options.

Free vouchers and VIP cards will be given to all donators, no exceptions.

This will be the first project of this kind in Europe, so I really hope, and pray, some investors with a lot of money -- will not just steal my idea.
