A message to all Art lovers, to the people who slow down to take an extra seconds glance at that building. To the people who would rather save than sabotage; If you have any spare funds whatsoever, they could not possibly be wasted on this ambition of ours. If I had my own money or the wage to start a savings fund, believe me, I would!

YES! Renovate. YES! Have it your way, but be sympathetic to the character and integrity of the building, designed with consideration and built with a superior craftsmanship. Something that can be replicated but why waste an original?

That's why I NEED YOU!

As a highly motivated artist / bartender & waitress, I find it hard to rent a property with enough space to live, socialise and create my glass art within.

If I can raise the funds needed I will be able to get that first foot on the housing ladder (a task many people my age find difficult!) then I can place a deposit on a home for myself and my art practices but most importantly; take on a home of architectural and cultural value to be preserved, re-energised and brought back to it's former glory; with a classic, understated, minimal quality in order to let the colours of paintings, stained glass, hand crafted mirrors and many more antiquities of the Art Deco era shine through.

Please if you can, any amount you donate to this worthy cause today, will see that more homes around the country are re-gifted to wanting buyers and keep away any frightful land buyers interested in scraping anything old and with a little 'wear & tear'.
