The Kids at NOVA need your help!

50 runners from Morning Star Community Services will be taking part in the Standard Chartered Marathon 5km Run on 8 Dec to help raise funds for the kids at NOVA.

We welcome and appreciate your support in helping us to fundraise at least $20,000.

Children enrolled in NOVA are referred by their school because they have learning difficulties and social-emotional issues.

These children tend to come from multi-stressed, financially disadvantaged families.

The NOVA Learning Intervention Programme helps them to overcome these difficulties and develop their confidence. Last year, through the efforts of the facilitators at NOVA, two of the students at NOVA were among the top performers in the PSLE Foundation Level.

The NOVA Learning Intervention Programme is currently available at four primary schools and is offered to the beneficiaries at NO cost.

Funds raised will support the running of the NOVA Learning Labs as well as expansion of the programme to more schools.
