'The Incident', based on true events, looks at a young man, Cameron, who witnesses a shooting in a car park. A suspected drug deal gone terribly wrong, for the suspected dealers, and for Cameron as well.
Director Daniel Peterson of 'True Blue Films' has been working in the film and television industry since 1994. He's worked on many TV series and shows, films and documentaries including "Winners and Losers', Neighbours', Stingers', 'Jack Irish', 'Blue Heelers', 'The secret life of us'. His previous work includes the painstakingly researched documentary 'Mad Max Exposed", it is the definitive behind the scenes look at the iconic Australian and world wide smash hit feature film MAD MAX, the film that catapulted Mel Gibson onto the world stage. He is currently involved in another documentary "No place to call home' addressing homelessness in Australia. 'The Incident' as a short film will serve as a proof of concept for Peterson's debut feature film based around a real crime family.
Producer Cris Cochrane is a Melbourne based professional actor who has worked full time in film and television since 2013 as an actor, fight and stunt choreographer and assisted in producing and casting.
He has performed in various TVC's, music videos, the mini series 'Gallipoli' and award winning films 'Mondo Yakuza', 'The Legend of Ben Hall', 'Juncture', 'We need to talk' and won a best supporting actor award in the multi award winning, 'Alina'.
