The Imani Project is an initiative started in June 2018, run by university students, which is committed to helping Grade 12 learners from disadvantaged areas to apply to higher learning institutions in South Africa and providing mentorship. Inequality is still a problem in South Africa and many matric learners in schools from disadvantaged areas do not have the necessary resources and knowledge needed to access university applications. Our vision is to empower the youth through mentorship and education by providing Grade 12s with a platform to apply to universities and engage with university students. Our expenses include WIFI routers, WIFI, Printing and photocopying, scanning, transport, food & drinks and the mentorship event. We will start operating from the 24th of June 2019 and will have the mentorship event on the 5th of July. Kindly donate any amount to our initiative so we can help empower the youth.

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."- MM
