The High Cost of Breast Cancer

As many of you know my family has struggled greatly in recent years dealing with Cancer. My dad lost his fight in January, 2012. Shortly after, my grandma (his mom) and my aunt (his sister) were both diagnosed with Cancer. My aunt recently had to undergo a double mastectomy and now faces reconstructive surgeries followed by chemotherapy and radiation. The surgeries and treatments are hard enough but worrying about everyday living expenses adds another dimension to her daily struggles and is a burden to her recovery. It would be wonderful if everyone suffering from cancer could focus their fight on getting better and not let the worries of finances consume them. However, reality can't be escaped. During her recovery time, my aunt is unable to work, which leaves here without a source of income. Money is the last thing I want her to worry about, which is why I am reaching out to my friends and family and asking for help. I want my aunt to get better!
