HELP the Genuine love between an African American Father and Son.

I desperately need to raise funds to be represented by a Family lawyer that has trusted service and can be a zealous advocate for this African American father and can be empathetic for their children who deserve to have their fathers in their lives.

To date, the mother of my son has covertly and boldly breached the court order by moving out of state with our son. The court order stated that she could NOT move more than 50 miles outside of New York City. And she is now approximately 400 miles away.

I have every reason to believe that her arrogance stems from her occupation as a former Correctional Officer in the State of New York, as she functions as though she has a special entitlement… as being above the law to prepare for and execute this violation of the court order. In conjunction this was done to instigate a scheme to mislead the local Law enforcement to stop and detain me onsite without an issue warrant or valid justification. And this was formulated with the assistance of other Black Correctional Officers with connections in within local Law enforcement, which they are not to blame because they were illegally misled.While I am a law abiding citizen and not a career criminal.

Which reinforces my doubt and non support in so-called “Black Life’s Matter” movement. Because it is difficult for our community to look into ourselves and admit that there is a uncommon respect for Black Fatherhood. As I am being terrorized by my OWN community in FIGHT to be a GENUINE BLACK FATHER .

As a California transplant, I have lived in New York City exclusively to be close to my 7yr old son. I have NO family residing on the East Coast, and certainly not in NYC. In 2010 and again in 2013, I was rendered HOMELESS and, at times fell ill while dealing with the stress of the situation and striving to maintain my residence here in costly New York City.

As a 57 year old man I will always fight hard for my position as a father and take my parenting role seriously, because I love my son so very much. I hope your donations will help me fight this injustice towards my rights as a parent. In turn, it will safeguard my son's future with me in his life as his father and preserve the love, support and respect that every child deserves to have if at all possible.

If you are SINGLE BLACK MOTHER?....I ask do honorable BLACK FATHERS matter to you?... .....In addition, BLACK WOMEN if you don't have respect for Black Father being parents to their children..Please keep that to yourself. I don't need all this derogatory statements against black men who fight to be in there children's life. However for the rest of the positive thinking black women please read on.

With GREAT Emphasizes= MOST…but not ALL, single BLACK American Mothers are at FAULT..

As we all have recognized that MOST…but not ALL, single BLACK American mothers promote fatherless homes…they additionally adopt marriage as an anecdote.

As we all observe that MOST…but not ALL, BLACK American males possess a conscious that will not bleed when they produce and then abandon their children. As this mindset, was cultivated while being raised by single BLACK American mothers.

Ultimately this type of condition is oddly cosigned by MOST but not ALL, African Americans.

I am one of those that are not in the ALL category. For that I have to appeal to you for assistance.
