The Gargoyle Café Funding

Hello lovely people

Living in Bern can be fun, but it can also be quite tiring, especially with the few really warm and welcoming cafés there are, so I felt something has to be done. I decided to open my own café, a literary café, where people can enjoy a cup of coffee with some Hemingway, a good warm meal accompanied by a Wilde short story, a baked slice of sweet heaven while working through War & Peace or, on Friday evenings, sit back with a cool pint and watch the production of a play by Shakespeare. Of course the list of possible books will be quite a bit longer, the productions will not just range through theatre pieces but should also include live music performances, and the food should be the main reason people come, but combining it all might just make this place fantastic.
