Hi thankyou for visiting my fundraising page. I was recently asked to go and help at st josephs school in the gambia. So far we have repaird the school, taught and sponsered the children and given them a library, crafts room and cooking room. In the next trip we are hoping to teach first aid to the orphanges to savemany little lives. I would really be grateful if you could donate towards me getting to gambia and helping these poor children. ThankyouThe Gambia is the smallest country in Africa, divided totally by the Gambia river, being, at it's widest no more than 30 miles wide. Our aim is to provide education to all the children, to allow them to grow up educated, and therefore better able to help themselves and their people in later life. These children are willing, and want to be educated and they are very pleased for all, and any assistance given. Many wonderful people in the UK already give time and money to helping these children, and we would like you to join them in improving the education and standard of living for the children of The Gambia. Imagine what it would be like never to have learned to read, write or do your sums. These things we take for granted, and what makes a difference to our lives, these children deserve the same opportunities.
