Why We Need Your Support

We have been self-funding with the support of our family and friends to date.

Our hard work and our supportive friends and family have raised over $11,000 which has been used on filing our utility patent, and our concept model. Our product will give energy conscious consumers the ability to use renewable energy more efficiently and at a lower cost to them.  

We are ready to now begin work on our retail prototype so we can get this product out into the market. We need your support to help us make that happen.   

A little about us.

Customer Problem

Consumers who wish to reduce their energy "footprint" are currently restricted to either a large amount of solar panels or wind turbines which are commonly not allowed by local governments. Both options are costly and often require a large amount of area. Our product reduces the area required and our target retail price point is projected to be lower per watt provided than just wind or solar as a stand alone system.

Products & Services

The E Wolf Series 100 (pending final prototype testing) should require a smaller area "footprint" and should provide an electrical energy savings of 70% or more to our off grid and light duty consumers who already have, or would wish to purchase a renewable energy system. The E Wolf utilizes components of wind, solar, mechanical, and flywheel technologies to create smooth, reliable, and renewable energy for the consumer. 

Target Market

Our target market are environmentally conscious home owning consumers who live either off the grid or wish to considerably reduce their energy "footprint"in the area in which they live.

Sales & Marketing Strategy

We have received a strong favorable response from our independent third party market research study done by Baylor University in Texas. We have a list of potential customers who are interested in purchasing one of our units after the final prototype has been completed and the retail price has been set. We have a contracted sales team ready to target, initiate, and manage created sales in addition to our referral program for our customers.

Competitive Advantage

We have patent pending technology, are the first to be able to offer this type of product to consumers, and believe we are over three years ahead in the Research and Development department compared to other would be competitors. We have also received a strong favorable response from our independent third party market research study done by Baylor University in Texas.  

Group Overview  

We are a pre-incorporation group planning to incorporate into Simply E LLC in the next six months or when our funding goals are achieved. We are currently "boot-strapping" our way to building our commercial prototype based on our patent pending green energy production technology.  Our business model utilizes a motivated management team, and a small team of advisors and consultants. We believe in carefully calculated sustainable growth decisions.

Management Team

Our Management Team has experience in starting, owning, and troubleshooting businesses. All of our team members have declined compensation until such time as the new company can do so in a sustainable manner. Our team subscribes to the philosophy of carefully calculated decisions with a focus on sustainable practices not only in the environmental realm; but additionally focusing on the human and financial elements of responsible business.

Ryan Jamison

As a small business consultant I examine internal processes and work with the existing management and ownership teams to improve efficiency, sales, and drive revenue growth. I provide knowledge and experience to start-ups, first year businesses, and established businesses. My areas of expertise are efficiency, networking, driving sales growth, and high quality employee procurement. I also work with other independent consultants as needed.

Vincent Porter

I am Vincent Porter and I have been a leader, a motivator, a supervisor, & a boss for the majority of my working life. I have two degrees in Business. I am the founder of my own business that has been going strong since 2009. I am a father of two wonderful children. They are the light of my life. I run my business the same way I raise my family, with heart, soul, and caring. I believe these are the ingredients to a successful, thriving business.
