The dream of my family

Hello. My name is Ruslan, I'm from Lithuania / Vilnius.

My wife and I (12 years together) and my little son live in a rented apartment(12years). My son is already 2.5 years old.

We really want to buy our home. We work hard. But the money is enough only for food and rent an apartment.

To ask or wait for help is not from anyone. We are from poor families.

We want to take a credit in a bank to buy a home for 30 years. But we need an initial amount for the first installment of 10-25% of the cost of housing.

The prices in our country for real estate are big. Our common earnings do not allow to save such a sum a fee. We work for 12-13 hours a day, profession - cook.

All goes on renting an apartment and for things first necessities.

We are in despair. In a year I will be 35 years old, after 35 years, banks are not willingly give credits this size.

In other words, we have a year left to buy housing. I really hope for general assistance.

Help us to leave at least some legacy for our little son and get first roof over his head.

This is the first time for me, I never asked anyone for any material help.

We really hope that you will not pass us by, that you will help realize our dream of living under the roof of own house.

I understand all this looks trite and there is nothing unusual here. Many people live like that, without their homes renting an apartment.

Here and the amount is not small. Not so simple. Especially me to write about it.

My wife and I dreamed of a big family, two, three, four kids.

When our son was born, it was something, happiness just filled us both, although we knew that it would be difficult, it will be difficult financially, 2 years, while the wife will take care of the child.

Children's clothes, diapers and other necessary things are more expensive than things for an adult. You know about it .. But we did it. We coped with difficulties.

Why am I doing this? In this situation, we financially can not afford more children.

When by purchasing our home, with a piece of land near the house, where can plant fruits and vegetables, you can save somehow. Children will be where to run, take a walk.

Monthly payment to the bank of the loan is less, or the same like rent price. Also, our will have to pay less for services (water, heating, light, removal of musar, etc.).

In our home, we will have a big family. Helping us in this step, you help not only to realize our dream with me wife about your home but also help our son in the future to gain independence, his home, brothers and sisters.
