I am taking part in the Cotswold Challenge - a 50km run on June 30th in order to raise money which will go towards funding Johns ongoing physiotherapy treatment.

It's amazing to look back and remember just how weak I was when I first left hospital a couple of years ago now. I spend more. . . . .

Update posted by Anna Read at 11:58 amHi everyone ,I can't tell you how much effort Louise has to put in on a daily basis. Because of my pressure sores on my legs she has to help me with the transfers from bed to shower chair and again from bed to wheelchair. Also Lou has to deal. . . . .

This weekend I’m supposed to be doing 2 long back to back runs but this morning’s trail romp found me and my two running partners totally lost up some Cotswold Valley which prolonged our run in time but not in distance.. . . . .
