The book„Bijeda hrvatske politike“ is the fifth book in the row which tell us about the relationship of the Croatian politics according to the European union (EU), but also it talks about recent Croatian politics as well as politics post festum The Tuđman era. Because Croatian politics has never been lower from the existence of a Croatian state, from there comes the title of this book which arises from the nature and condition of Croatian politics itself. From Croatian politics there have been nothing left, so the question arises of itself, can we at all talk about Croatian state and Croatian national politics.

Many columnists, ex and current politicians, political analysts and scientists are beliefs that Croatian politics have never been more miserable. We tried to show to the Croatian public what Croatian recent politics is, what kind of politicians Croatia has, and most important of all, that if it continues in this way, from Croatia, there will be nothing left, and we can talk about Croatian politics only in the past.

In Croatian political history there are only three politicians that are worth mentioning: Ante Starčević, Stjepan Radić i dr. Franjo Tuđman. Everyone else, as far as Croatian politics is concerned, are not worth mentioning. Are the Croats really great warriors and weak and deranged politicians, can the Croats only be servant, but not the masters of their own land, and is there hope for the survival of the Croatian state and the Croatian people - you can find it in this book.
