Travelling and working in the USA, help me have the best summer of my life! :)

Hello fellow Earth inhabitants! :D

I'm on a serious mission! And that mission includes travelling and working in the USA during the summer of 2017. The only thing lacking is the funds.

As a medical student I don't have a lot of extra time to work and earn all the money needed,so maybe you can help me with that. :)

In the summer of 2017 I will finish med school and become a doctor (yay me! :D) but before I start the real life and get a real job I want to explore the amazing continent that is North America. I plan on applying to a program which offers you to work in the States so you can earn the money to travel later on, but the program costs around 600$ and then there is the plain ticket and some pocket money to keep me fed during the first few days/weeks :
