THE BATTLE OF MY CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

Hello Everyone. My Name is Thrufel Estrada. 34 yrs old, single mother and has 3 kids living here in Philippines. I was Diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 in 2018. I was planning to work in abroad but when i found out that i had a CKD i was Devastated, stressed and Anxiety Because i have a lot of plans for my family and for my kids. But how can i make all my Dreams come true for my children and my family now in my situation. I am a single mother i don't know how to Raise my kids and for their needs i don't know have a job right now Beacuse i'm getting my treatment i also dont know where to get my Finacial Assistance to support my DIALYSIS twice a week and for may Maintenance Medicaine Dialysis is for a life time.
