The Baker’s Dozen needs help to make sweet dreams come true!

It's nice to meet you! I am Emily, founder of the Adelaide Hills Patisserie The Baker's Dozen. I originally founded the company in 2011 however after less than 12 months I was forced to stop doing what I loved due to a health condition.

So following a little bit of a break from the baking industry I am SO excited to say that I am able to re-launch my dream into the world and have strong ambitions to share my love of all things sweet.

I have been working tirelessly on getting our name out there so that we can start building long term relationships with customers who value what we do and the services we offer. On top of that I have been investing as much as possible to ensure we can provide the best quality products, using only real and local ingredients, that bring back the joyful memories of baking to anyone we can.

Although we are starting out small, we have big ambition and could definitely do with your help to reach our goals.

We want to be able to improve our efficiency so that we have more time to get out into his great city of ours and meet our customers face to face. So we are seeking funds to:

- Assist us with the development of a larger commercial kitchen.

- Purchasing of larger commercial equipment required such as: larger planetary mixer, commercial oven, fridges and freezers.

- Purchase of a small delivery vehicle.

Most importantly we would like to purchase a small mobile food fan or caravan that we can renovate and take to various events and markets around Adelaide to spread the word.

Once the big ticket items are able to be purchased and a larger facility can be obtained we will be able to start producing our products at a greater scale and grow our client base.
