My name is Joseph Weinberger and I, along with three other people, own a restaurant that we plan to open in North Denver called The Backwards R & Grill, LLC. Currently, we are in the planning stages and need to raise a small amount of start-up capital. Our restaurant will also be bottling and distributing our own brand of peach salsa called Georgia Peaches. Obviously, this small amount of start-up capital will be used to begin production on Georgia Peaches and the profits generated from the sales of our salsa will be used to contribute our 30% that the banks and lenders require of us.

Our goal with opening The Backwards R & Grill is not to pretend to provide service and menu items that are drastically different from other well-known chains, but to provide an atmosphere that is safe for patrons of all ages, a menu that includes everybody's dietary needs and/or wants and a service staff that genuinely makes the patron feel warm and welcome. Although, competition is a natural occurrence among businesses, our primary goal is to make the customer happy.
