The ATM swallowed my last dormitory rent money and I’ll be homeless in 24 hours.

First year in college in another city , my family could only send the exact amount for dormitory rent and being strange to those machines I messed up and lost all my money and ATM went out of order.I panicked and talked with the bank but they said that they could give my money back in 3-5 days.Wednesday is the last day to pay it and I dont know what to do and this being my third time on late they had clearly cited they would kick me out if this happens again.RENT IS 70$ SO 70$ IS ENOUGH NO NEED MORE THAN THAT.Family and friends out of options because Im kind of new to this city and didnt have much time to make friends and my family is having hard time already paying their own rent and 3 kids studying outside of the city is more than they could handle.I'm running shops to shops but none of them are willing to give me daily job and Im starting to panicking again.
