My name is floribert I'm Democratic Republic of Congo ( Centre Africa). and I'm the Action Positive volunteer's coordinator:
Action positive VIH/sida is a non-for-profit community health organization created on September 17th, 2009. We are dedicated to supporting French-speaking people and communities in Toronto, who live with, are affected by, or are at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS.( specially LGBT community)
We are offering prevention, education and support services and fulfilling the psycho-social needs of people living with HIV, affected by the virus or being at risk of infection, no matter what personal background they have.

This year, is going to have the 21st International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2016), on 18-22 July 2016 in Durban, South Africa. and I'm invited to attend the conference to represent my organization( and LGBT Community), get the trend of HIV and share my experiences, skills and knowledge as well
