Need a financial support to start my college

Hi friends..I am Wandi, from Indonesia 🇮🇩. I’ve been dreaming of studying in an American college since I joined an exchange program in year 2018-2019 a fully-funded scholarship by the US department. After finishing the exchange program I had to come back to my home country and started missing my American school, Then I started out again think of how I could get into American school one more chance. Finally, i applied at university of People an American online school, I also applied for the scholarship to help me out with the tuition fee, Thanks God, I got a little bit discount for my tuition fee payment. But I still have to pay the remaining fee which is still expensive for me. I really understood that my parents current financial background would not able to pay my tuition fee. Today my parents monthly salary is just $140. Which is just able to feed my family.
Besides the tuition fee, i also need a laptop to study online I am taking Computer Science at college which would really require a good laptop to work on coding. I am also good at Video editing and designing since I learned in my American high school during my exchange year.
I’ve tried to find a job here but I haven’t got any. It’s just because the pandemic makes situation worse and a lot of companies start discontinuing their employees jobs. In other hands, the minimum monthly salary over here is really less to be able to pay such an American school fee. Our minimum salary is only $250 per month. It seems would never help me to finance my college
