We were involved in a near fatal accident on the 23 of August 2016 in Kempton Park , South Africa and our car was a write off . Although we were on the right we have been struggling to be reimbursed our car and our small business has suffered we are being sued right left and center by those who had provided us some products initially , we can not renew our permits and other legal requirements to operate the business we were doing as it is a very technical business that requires a lot of requirements . The car that hit us is a government car and we have been advised it can take years before the case is finalized .
