Witchita Falls Cover Up! Justice for Sam!

I’m reaching out for my daughter Samantha asking for your help in raising money for her attorney fees. Late last year she was in a small Texas city arrested for something completely out of character for her. This charge of burglary is completely false and she is being railroaded by this Texas county and a coverup for information provided regarding illegal Activites with several sport players at Mid Western University. Samantha is now subject the corrupt justice system in Texas and she is scared to death. This is an attemp to coverup an embarrasment For the boys on scholarships at Midwestern. This included Samantha’s ex boyfriend Ben. Ironically one week after her arrest she was pulled over in Wise County Texas and arrested for a large amount of marijuana. Disposition unknown. After this arrest Ben voluntarily relinquished his scholarship at Midwestern so he was kicked out. They have remained on good terms as this entire deal was all over emotions. Ben wrote a affidavit of non prosecution for Samantha stating that the entire allegation was false and he did not want to press charges against Samantha.

I personally brought a copy to the district attorneys office to be filed stamped. I was hoping this would squash the entire deal as there is absolutely no evidence. Wow....Can you imagine that the affidavit of non prosecution never made it to the court file??! That’s Justice! Please help my baby before she ends up with a felony and looses her school funding. She doesn’t deserve this she didn’t rob or hurt anyone. The new girlfriends jealousy fueled everything that day. This was an encounter between two young adults making the decision to terminate a pregnancy that was not planned and neither could afford. Especially with Bens status at MidWestern State and the fact he was on a full basketball scholarship.

This has cost Samantha personally 4200.00 in bonds. She has now bonded out on this twice. It has went from a felony to a misdeameanor back to a felony. None of this makes any sense. I took her to court last month only to see her handcuffed for bond forfeiture. (Something a mother should never have to witness.) They stated Samantha missed a court date that no one including the bond company was given notice of. Where is her attorney you ask?? Her court appointed atty! What a false! Who knows we still haven’t spoken with her or heard from her except for once after I emailed her regarding a plea she tried to get Sam to accept. In which she didn’t realize that it would affect her furure just as bad as the felony. She was using fear and it worked temporarily. Samantha has been walking the line with her bond company checking in and paying for the bond now a second time as the $2000.00 she paid was lost due to forfiture #1. Last month her bond had to be reissued costing another $2,200.

Today she received papers saying she was being sued and they were going off her bond. Yes again for missing a court date. Once again no one was given notice. Including the bond company out of Dallas or the middle man insurance broker that handled the bond because it’s out of county. Nor was Samantha notified. And of course the attorney never sent her a letter! The person that is solely responsible for notifiying her client! Sam even emailed her last week and asked her about court to no avail! These papers state the court date she missed was on November 3, 2017 .... yet the Bond Forfiture she received was filed stamped November 1, 2017??? can anyone explain how this could be? Corrupt Justice is how!
