Campaign Story
We recently found discovered that Defra had been paying for emergency services radio's for shooters in the badger cull, costing over half a million pounds!
We gave the story exclusively to the guardian and it was published today here
The reason given was to keep the shooters safe, but that was a HUGE mistake, we have found "tetra radio detectors" for sale, ranging is price, the more expensive ones cost just under £400 and have a range of just under 1mile in a country environment. You can read more about the detectors here.
This fundraiser is to buy 10 of these detectors. It will mean groups who haven't bought their own will be able to have access to the kit they need to find shooters fast.
When shooters drive past us, we will know their vehicle, when shooters are in the field we will know they are near us. They can no longer hide from us, please help us keep thousands of badgers safe this year.
Thank you for your support, we appreciate that many people cannot afford to donate, if you can share this page, that really does help us a lot.
