Teri’s Abundant Life Trip

My name is Tim Baker. I am writing this in behalf of my lovely wife, Teri. You see, she can't see to use the keyboard, As a combination of diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma have destroyed the eyesight in her left eye, and damaged her vision in the right eye. Over the past 2 years, her condition has progressed to the point where she has peripheral neuropathy in her legs, making walking very difficult, as well as lymphedema, which means at any give time she is carrying 10 pounds plus of extra fluid in her extremeties. Her neuropathy pain in her feet and legs often keeps her awake at night, and causes her to cry out in pain. This last May, Teri collapsed at home, and was rushed to the ER, where we found out her kidneys were shutting down, resulting in a 4 day hospital stay. She has fought anxiety, depression and a deep sense of loss, as in addition to the rapid medical decline, she has had to give up driving and her job as a caregiver, something she did for 30 years.
We have recently discovered a program in Weimar, CA that uses a holistic approach to dealing with these problems caused by long term Diabetes. They focus on wellness, in all aspects, including physically, emotionally and spiritually. They have had excellent patient outcomes, with patients leaving with virtually no meds and a new lease on life, with all signs of Diabetes reversed.
