Campaign Story
On January 11th, high winds in Gloucester, VA caused a tree to fall on Lee Family's home. The family is now in need of funds to cover the cost of rent for a temporary shelter. Unfortunately, the landlord will not refund their rent from the remainder of the month, nor will he provide accommodations for them until the repairs are finished.
The family is in need of $550 by January 20th to fund the remainder of their rent for their temporary home. They will be out of their home for approximately 2 months, until the repairs are completed.
The couple have two children, ages 7 and 8. If they are unable to pay for their temporary home, the family will be displaced (homeless).
