Teddy Bear Hospital

We are a project run by medical students who visit primary schools to teach the kids about doctors and hospitals with the aim of familiarising them and making them seem less scary! I started up the program 2 years ago and have built it up over time. We have had overwhelmingly positive feedback on th. Program. We run the program for free to schools and often visit schools of lower socioeconomic status. The children rotate around stations learning about asthma, X-rays, plaster casts, surgery, the GP, healthy eating and vaccinations. We currently require funding to build our resources as we are currently borrowing for each event. In particular we need a small skeleton model, xray light box, placebo asthma puffers, and ongoing costs of plaster, surgical masks and other items. We don't need much, small donations would be greatly appreciated!
