Teach in Spain

I was considering trying to sell my cause as an effort to improve global communications, which, in a small, individual way I am. But, I hope the truth will be more inspiring. I am a single mother with few employment prospects despite my degree because I have needed to stay home to care for my step-daughter and daughter before their father left. Now, my 3 year old daughter needs to see that her mother can be a successful, happy caregiver and provider. I also want to demonstrate to her that we can accomplish our dreams with enough effort and determination. I was an exchange student in high school to Spain, and it has been a constant ache ever since to return. I found a program that will place me at a school in Madrid to teach English, and my daughter will also be able to attend as a preschool student. She has already begun to read in English and this is an ideal time for her to soak up a new language. She will get to see more of the world than I ever did and at a much younger age. I want her to know all the opportunities this world can offer; I want her to understand that differences in peoples and cultures are valid; I want her to realize her full potential as an individual. Perhaps one day she will make a significant improvement to global communications. Or perhaps she will simply follow her own dreams, raise her own children and work for their best interests as I do for hers. The only obstacle left to overcome is money, of course. While I did qualify for scholarship from the program to cover my own expenses, I must pay for my daughter's travel and tuition and such. Please help our little family!
