Taylor and Andrea

I am writing this for Peter Spooner and Amanda Hogarth's daughter Andrea Hogarth and our 6 year old grand-daughter Taylor Woehrle as they have endured so much and now are battling Taylor's Kidney Cancer.Andrea met the man of her dreams, Philipp Woerhle, and fell madly in love. They soon married and not long later on June 29, 2008 they had a beautiful blonde haired blue eyed little girl, Taylor. Taylor was the apple of Daddy's eye and Mommy's pride and joy.On May 8, 2012 Andrea received a phone call that no your mother wants to get. Her husband had been brutally murdered in Edmonton Alberta. Andrea faced this head on and delicately informed her daughter Taylor of their loss. Philipp had no life insurance so Andrea did what she had to in order to support herself and give her daughter the life she wanted her to have.As if that was not enough on September 12, 2014 she took Taylor to the doctor as she had been unwell and the Doctor gave ther the horrible news, "Taylor has Kidney Cancer." Andrea had to leave her job and her home in Lethbridge Alberta and get Taylor to the Calgary Children's Hospital Immediately. They have run multiple tests on Taylor and have since discovered the tumor in her kidney is just over 1lb and she also has tumors in her lungs, lymph nodes and near her aorta. Taylor is in a lot of pain and not feeling well at all. Andrea has been informed that Taylor will be in the Children's Hospital for a very long time, possible a year or more.Finances are already running slim for Andrea as she is unable to work while Taylor battles this so we are running a fundraising campaign to alleviate some of this stress so Andrea can concentrate on her beautiful little girl, Taylor.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and all is greatly appreciated.Rhonna Booth
