Tanzania Medical Volunteers Programme

Good morning/ afternoon/ evening, 

My name is Cara May Edwards and I am 18 years old. I am currently studying Health and Social Care at Suffolk One sixth form, in ambition to further go onto university, to study midwifery. 

I have recently booked a two week trip to Tanzania to embark on a once in a life time experience. Travelling the world and visiting new countries has always sparked my interest. I have therefore grasped an opportunity to work in a specialised midwifery unit, in Africa, next February. This will both enhance my university application and extend my comprehensions.

I am aiming to raise £1000 to pay for my flights, accommodation, insurance and numerous other travelling expenses. I am hoping to achieve this through cake sales, washing cars, various races and any other crazy money-making ideas that I can come up with!
