Take the Challenge

Hello, I'm aiming to go to Tanzania in the year of 2016 (July to August), to both help within the community and also gain cultural knowledge and experience. To get to Tanzania is going to be expensive, I am fundraising by selling fudge, car washing, selling ice lollies and by going to car boots, however, financially, I'm still in need of a boost.

Whilst in Tanzania there are going to be 4 stages: acclimatization stage: here we will go on a mini trek and begin to explore Tanzania's landscape, this will be followed by a week's trekking: we will be camping and travelling over different terrain (mountains, jungles, dusty paths etc), then, we will take part in volunteer work which will greatly enhance the community and have long term effect of the citizens (the project in which we are doing has not yet been clarified, this will be updated when I know what we are doing), finally, there will be a rest and relaxation stage which will give us the opportunity to take in the culture and scenery of Tanzania.
