Tami ‘s Masters in Nursing Degree

Hello , My name is Tami, Im a registered Nurse. I love being a nurse . I like making a difference in the lives of others and find it rewarding to take care of patients when they are at their weakest moments to restore health. I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Nursing which focuses on Leadership in health policy and Education. I started my Masters of Nursing in sept 2018, and I am struggling financially, as I am not able to work full-time anymore due to my course load. My total tuition cost approximately 18 500 , in addition to cost of living expenses. Furthermore , I am a singe mother to a beautiful little 4 year old girl, so I have the added cost of taking care of her. I currently have to work night shifts because I have no one to take my daughter to school. There are nights where my daughter complains about going to a sitter and begs to stay home ....which breaks my heart. My goal is to complete my Masters in Nursing degree within the next 2 years , and find a job that I can work Monday to Friday so that my daughter won't have to go to a sitter at night. I hope to become a Nurse Manager or Nurse educator. I will be greatful for any donations that I receive , every little bit counts.
