Talitha’s cleft repair and brighter vision

Talitha Feby was born with cleft soft palate and visual problems (ptosis and nystagmus). Out of 5 children, she is our 2nd born and our first baby girl. As a mother, I am most concerned with her overall welfare as she grow up. Without surgery and post operative assistance, she will be more likely to be malnourished, continue with speech problems and arising dental issues.

Through the help of a local healthcare foundation, Talitha is now scheduled for a cleft repair after lots of lab tests/assessments. The surgery is free but we'll need funds to cover other medical costs and supplies including emergencies necessary for her recovery. Any remaining funds raised from this campaign will be used to supply her nutritional needs, speech therapy sessions and to cover fees for a pediatric eye specialist (to finally have her eyes further examined and corrected).

This can take a toll financially on our family as currently my husband is just working part time to help me out at home as I am on leave from work after giving birth to our 5th child who unfortunately has same palate condition with Talitha's. We also allot extra funds for his special needs. Hopefully his cleft will be repaired once he turn 1 year old.

I've created this campaign in hope to get help from people who can spare some of their funds and effort to share this campaign on their social media accounts so we can finally see our little warrior's blissful smile and brighter vision.
