Taki’s Place Needs You!

To our beloved customers near and far,

We at Taki's Franschhoek appeal to you in these challenging times to help our restaurant and pub in any way possible. Our staff have taken a particularly big knock due to the South African Covid-19 lockdown and are truly struggling to make ends meet.

While we are doing our utmost to assist them in the crisis, we too are struggling and are in need of your help. Applying for loans and UIF has proven in-efficacious in our country and we don't know how much longer we can push forward.

And so, we have set up this crowdfund. If at all possible, please consider the Taki's team and donate whatever funds possible. No amount is too small. We wholeheartedly appreciate any contribution! We completely understand if you are not in a position to contribute during this time and ask if you could please share our initiative online. Please let us know should you need more information.

This friendly pub has been running for 15 years. We thank you for your consideration and loyalty over the years. We miss you all very much - once this whole ordeal is eventually over, we'll be waiting for you on the stoep with your "usual" in hand and a big warm smile on our faces!
