Taking Care Of Tilly

Meet Sweet Tilly,

Sadly her story is not unlike most. We suspect she was used for breeding and once she stopped producing puppies she was cast aside. We knew she was in trouble and needed a lot of help, but we just didn't know to what extent.

Miss Tilly has Bi-Lateral Cherry-eye that will need to be repaired once she is healthy enough. She has a condition in her eyes called dry-eye that will need life-long medication to maintain. She has secondary skin/eye and ear infections left untreated for so long her ear canals are swelling shut. Her skin is so raw to the touch that she just starts to bleed if she rubs against something. She has a urinary tract infection that is currently being treated, and frankly the little list keeps going. This senior gal should be spending her golden years being pampered on a couch watching the Golden Girls and we need your help getting her there!

She is currently on separate antibiotics for her ears, skin and eyes. She is on eye drops for her dry eye. Shes taking steroids to help with the inflammation of her skin and ears. She is on an antibiotic and supplement for her urinary tract infection. She has a creme supplement for her cracked/raw nose, and will be needing medicated baths/soaks daily for her skin treatment. This is all needing to be done prior to her eye corrective surgery.

This sweet girl even through all of this wants nothing more then to cuddle and give you kisses. She deserves better, and she deserves to be a happy healthy senior gal loving life. We need to give that to her and show her all humans are not the type that did this to her. She has a very long road to recovery, but with your help we can make that happen for her!
