TakeStock Research was setup as a proprietary firm in 2014 in Bangalore, India to provide business support services to the global financial services industry with emphasis in FX, equities, commodities & personal finance. We organize exclusive content on a wide range of topics associated with research, analysis and education for the global financial services industry.

Our content writing services comprise of live market commentaries, research articles based on fundamental and technical analysis, REAL- TIME updates on global economic events, corporate earnings and content for marketing, product launches, e-mailers and training. In addition, we deliver online training programs on the financial markets for retail clients.

Being a part of the financial services industry for close to 2 decades, I have worked with a number of institutions both in India and abroad with a major part of my career dedicated to research & analysis of the global financial markets. My educational background is supported by a Master’s degree in Economics.

Our clients-

Presently, we have a combination of both long and short- term clientele comprising of financial institutions from India and abroad who outsource their content requirements varying from research articles on the financial markets and personal finance to scripting content for websites and forums, product launches, client e- mailers etc. In addition, we organize online training sessions on the financial markets for retail clients and are also associated with training institutions where we deliver our premier training modules as guest trainers.

Expansion plans-

Our goal for the next three years is to cater to a large number of financial institutions across the globe, provide quality education to students completing graduation and higher studies in finance by offering certification programs to augment them with sufficient knowledge of the financial markets to take their career forward and provide unmatched training and workshops on research & analysis of the financial markets and personal finance for retail clientele.

As we forge ahead in expanding our existing global clientele to include other verticals, we are looking for investors to fund our expansion plans, participate and profit from our growth and take the company forward from the existing $12,500 in YoY revenues to $160,000 in the next three years. In addition to holding a stake, investors will receive guaranteed monthly remuneration and annual bonuses centred on the company’s performance at the end of each financial year.

We are currently eyeing investors who can fund $75,000 with a lock- in period of 3- years. A majority of the funds will be utilized to run the operational expenses of the company. According to our research and outlook for the future, we expect to grow at a robust pace of 57 percent in year- 2 followed by a YoY growth of 46 percent at the end of year- 3.
