Taken for a ride by an auto dealer, anything helps.

I'm a first time car buyer and had no credit. I went into this dealership after having a long conversation with the sales team, which I was then told once I arrived was actually a regional team and not anyone I was going to to dealing with. Went in and sat down, talked a bit with what they could get me. They sweet talked pretty good, I got a pretty bad deal, about 4 grand over the fair value which I didn't know at the time, that's partially my fault. . Of course, they knew how to put the pressure on and all and got me to sign. I've never bought a car before, they put me into some obscene interest rate and locked me in.

I'll admit, yes it's probably my fault for being young and dumb. But, if anyone has ever had this happen to them, I'm sure you know what it feels like. I'm just asking for any help you can offer, I don't really expect anything but I'd really appreciate it.
