My my name is Barbara i m 56 years old i have been volunteering for more then 5 years at a local clinic with out any possible of permanent employment as i m volunteering with Hiv positive patients i analysed the high volume of patients who were defaulting their medications as i asked then for the reason they told me they were afraid to loss their jobs due to numerous appointments at the clinic its not only workers who had these problem but even school kids some will default because they afraid they will be recognised by their peers and spread it at school i saw these as a serious issue so i made it a point to remind them of their dates for check ups with the doctor if no check ups i will queue for them while they at school /work and collect their medications and drop them door to door or call them to come and pick them up after work by doing so i have head less defaulters and they Highly appreciate what i do for them.
