Campaign Story
I am working towards reaching my goal of being able to low-budget travel to these two locations, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Paris in France.
I always tried to save money for these two trips, but they always end up in investments that seem more urgent and important. And the truth is, we sacrifice our dreams for pragmatic reasons and at the end of the day, we ask ourselves if it was worth it...
Last night I had a dream about Paris (I was able to go there for 3 short days in December 2018), dream that felt so good it inspired me to search for ways to make it come true. My plan is a 2-week low-budget airbnb trip to Paris, when covid-19 is defeated. I also need to convince my mother to come with me (she is scared of trips and anything new, but I know she would love Paris so much). I want to give her this experience.
As for the Punta Cana trip, I have never been there, but I crave an exotic trip once in my life, and found the cheapest fees possible on dominicanatours.ro, and that is what I'll try to book, only for a week.
I am just asking myself: isn't EVERYBODY deserving of their dreams? there is so much opulence in this world, and what we ask sometimes is the bare minimum (lowbudget is key). There are people that spend 3000 euros shopping in one day(which is not a bad thing if it makes them happy, but I'm pointing out the value of that amount of money for other people). With that amount of money, I can give my mother the best trip experience she never had, and fulfill my dream of swimming in the ocean, as I am a beach addict.
By now, I have low-budget travelled to Crete Island, Fuerteventura Island, and on a short-short trip to Paris that left me wanting for more.
May all our dreams come true, because we deserve it!

I'm a 16 year old teen , I reached out to your campaign cause I was searching some other people's campaigns to travel and go the place they dream to visit, I would have loved to donante more but as I'm a teen i don't have enought money too :( I also think it's important to support people with the same or similar dreams as you do, as I think it's a beatiful way to help others , and also to help people fight to make their life goals come true , and I hope this helps a Little bit to you , as I'm also starting my campagin to go volunteering to India-Delhi and Bali when the pandemic ends , Wish you the best of luck and stay safe out there.
