take home my parents remain and repair our house

i am emmanuel 29 years old i live in a small remote brgy. @ tibaguin hagonoy bulacan a community island.

my mother died in dec 2008 by blood infection, and my father died on april 2012 on a cardiac arrest, they both died on my arms talking to them, before my father died he told me to he wants to go home again someday , but i dont have the funds to make this happen bring his remain to our old house, also our house destroyed by typhoon almost . now im living on my mother in law house which is made of bamboo(kubo) , iam a high school graduate only but i do self study computer assembling/disassembly trouble shoot software/hardware repair and installation and hoping to save money and get our house back, weve been trying since 2012 but the tides of luck is always down for us, i recently got 3rd stage TB(tuberculosis) and got treated in 1year+ , my wife start small bussiness which is dried fish(daing) which is she process it alone, she is buying alive fish and cut it, marinate it and make it sun dried all by herself for 1year+ while im recovering, after years of dedicating her life for me and iam fully healed, me and my wife start small bussiness that is what she already doing dried fish bussiness, i can now help her process the dried fish, i rent boat and go out on the sea to buy personally fresh fish from small fisherman, 5years and there is an improvement, we can now buy all our daily needs , but our main goal still far from our sight, we cant get enough savings to rebuild our house and bring home my parents remains by cremating them .
we recently meet a good person who was very kind that he lend us a boat as a credit and pay her monthly in small amount . even right now we still paying it , this last 2018 we decide to try to step farther and invest more we sell the small engine from the boat that we recieve and try to upgrade for bigger engine so we can gather fresh fish by ourself by fishing them by our own, we buy an old car engine and convert it to boat engine i thought this will be the starting point to make our bussines grow because we can farm our own fresh fish raw materials for dried fish , and we can earn more, but sadly the engine has so many issues and we cant even used the boat now for our small bussiness. i hope someone will help us to make our dream came true, bring our old house back repair it and take my parents home.
