Taiwan

Me and my partner have been together for 13 years, but kept apart by the fact we live in different countries, finding as much time as possible to fly to each other. I would like to be able to fly back to her to propose and have a chance for us to be together permanently. Money is very tight right now for the both of us and i havent had the chance to see her for a while now. I know this is a very huge thing to be asking and a long shot by any means, but i would try anything right now to get the chance for us to be together.
