My name is Heidi. I'm a 35 year old lady living in Copenhagen. As many others, I've been struggling with mental health issues most of my life.

There is a massive tabu and so much unawareness and misinterpretations about mental illnesses. Still so many people suffer in silence, afraid to speak up. Afraid to be judged. I wanna do my part, to create more awareness, focus and understanding. So therefore I'm trying to raise money for a podcast production, where I'm gonna interview as many relevant people as possible, from all sites of the aspect - patients, mental issue-fighters, doctors, psychiatrist, psychologist, relatives, etc etc, as I hope to create a versatile and meaningful debate.
