Campaign Story
After 42 years, Taal Volcano erupted again. The last time it erupted was in October 1977, though several incidents of volcanic unrest were recorded in 2011, 2012, and 2014.
January 2020 eruption has affected thousands of families and caused millions-worth of damage just days after the initial eruption on January 12.
Many of those evacuated are elderly and minor children. Local and the National Government are helping, but still more monetary donations are needed for everyday items, such as: n95 masks, bottled water, food, vitamins and first aid medicine. Infant formula, milk and hygiene kits are needed as well.
Any amount will surely go a long way to help the displaced families, children and elders. We thank all of you for your help!
